Bread is ok ok. Pizza was very tasteless. (Chicken pepperoni)
We ordered chicken Peperoni and they served us beef. Only realized after eating halfway. We strictly do not eat beef due to our religion. Their solution was to replace it with a new chicken Peperoni, but what's the point when we already ate it Please be more aware next time, this is not okay
To whom it may concern, On 22nd June 2026 myself and my friend went to pizza hut restaurant in PJ New Town. When we are at the restaurant we are only customer in store. We receive qr from the staff and we complete the order. We receive the soup in cold and watery. There is no cutlery and plates on the table. I called the staff for cutlery.
