This is the second time in a row I’ve tried to give this Pizza Hut a chance — and both times were a disaster. Tonight, I ordered at 9 PM for my kids and their friends — two pizzas and wings so they could eat together. After an hour went by, we called and were told it was on the way. We Just ordered tonight, 2 Pizzas, one stuffed crust so large, other medium with ham and onions. They said itd be delivered by 9:07, it never came. I called to check on the order, they clarified it, both the order and my address. Cherry on top I hear the manager tell the guy on the phone 'tell them we dont have it'. So they got the order, but the pizza nerver came, sounded like it was never made. Send some people that care Pizza Hut.

The app and website will not let you order. They will not honor online deals if you call in.
