Very disappointed with my recent experience at Pizza Hut Garden Square. The waiting time was extremely long — it took almost an hour for the food to be ready. To make matters worse, the order was not even complete when it first arrived. We had already almost finished eating before the mushroom soup was finally served. This kind of delay and poor coordination really affects the overall dining experience. I hope the management can improve their service speed and ensure orders are served completely and on time in the future.
I don’t know why dine-in customers also need to use takeaway boxes instead of being served properly on plates or in glasses. It really makes us lose our appetite. Also no chilli sauce hahaha lol. But never mind. Just weird this branch the only problematic pizza hut i encounter. What upset me the most is that we ordered pizza and waited more than 40 minutes, but it still hadn’t arrived.
