I received the most mediocre service when I placed an order at 7:21 PM, and it's 9:26 PM, and so far, I haven't received anything. I called the restaurant to find out the status of my order, and the person told me they were going to process the order right away, meaning if I hadn't called to find out what had happened to the order, they wouldn't have processed it.
