I ordered a pizza, paid for it, and once I arrived, I realized the location is just an unmanned kiosk that sells ready made small pizzas. I then spent the next 30 minutes on the phone trying to get my money back. I left without a pizza and am still awaiting the refund.
I ordered a cheese and pepperoni pizza online. I tried to call and modify to light cheese (I wasn't able to do this on website) but no one ever answered so I just dealt with regular pizza. When I got to the store I asked the employee if the phones were working and he said he doesn't know anything about the phones. Um ok??! So no big deal. However the pizza was sub par. It was mainly bread and probably one of the worst hot n ready pizzas I've ever had. I won't return to this establishment
