So ordered online around 7 30pm and it said will be their around 8 30pm and it never came so called and no one talked English their so asked for a manager and was on hold for 7 mins so hung up and called again and I said I have my confirmation code for my order and he said let me check and again was on hold for a long time. Veryyy pore service and I hope no one orders from their as a heads up. Thanks to pizza city for showing up and cheaper price since pizza Hut failed in all ways. Fix y'all shit
Absolutely disgusting! Ordered a n.y style and they didn't put any pizza sauce on it and was burnt! Called for a refund mind you i haven't ordered pizza hut in over 20 years! And customer service wanted me to take pics and pull the cheese up to see if there is sauce! Kinda hard to do fresh off work managing 4 hungry kids! I'll never eat at pizza hut again! Its a dinosaur anyway I guess so just die already! Lol 👎👎
The most undercooked pizza I've ever had.
Delivery forgot much of my order...I called and was hung up on and then when I called back said no refund pretty much....and they would deliver but since he's not getting a tip can't ensure delivery time...... asked to speak to a manager and all of a sudden they went mute...it's the weirdest thing...anways...this location sucks
