Gross. I had an experience last year with them. I ordered wings and they were served with dirty looking feathers still attached. It made me question the cleanliness of their kitchen, so I reached out. They said they would get back to me and never did. No refund, no discount, you just get unwashed feathers attached to your food. Not a problem for them. I still have the emails and pictures. This store was my favorite they always make almost perfect deliveries but today I made an order for my sister and I never arrive at least let them know that they will not arrive to order food elsewhere
