Awful. Ordered a delivery and had the person call later and tell me try were out of the crust I ordered, which is fine but then he hung up on me when I told him what I wanted to try to substitute for. It suck’s because we order here a lot but this might be the last time.
No hours posted in app. Nothing stating store was located inside the Target. My order was accepted for contact less pickup, after 8 pm. Store closed at 8 pm. Not a happy camper. This is more a critique of the app, but I was very unhappy.
Got nothing I asked for
I have never ever seen or have seen such a dysfunctional crew in my life that works at the Derby, Ks Rock Rd location. It was Sunday night 11/26/23 not only did we wait at the window for a while, we saw everybody walking around as far as the crew. So then we pulled around check the door it was locked. So then we came back around through the drive-thru only to find out these idiots didn't even have my order prepared. Oh it gets better.
