I placed an advance order to be delivered. 2 large pizzas, chicken and 4 drinks. Pizza Hut handed my delivery to Door Dash. 35 min after my order should have arrived, I called and learned that the driver was waiting for another customer order for 14 pizzas. Do So that dasher handed off to a different driver and they forgot to give her my drink order. I would like a partial refund, at least for my tip of $18.
Hi I just purchased this pizza no more than 30 minutes ago I got the big New Yorker pepperoni I was expecting to see lots of pepperoni and draping cheese like it showed in the commercial. Instead I got flat cold hardly any cheese hardly any pepperoni which means it sucked
Personal pan pizza was cold and dry.
