Just drove from MN to this location for a taco pizza. The 'girl' said we couldn't be served although, we've done it many times before. Other times even though they were not seating customers, they would let us buy a pizza, sit down and eat it. We would clean up after ourselves too. This girl with dark hair was gross and definitely learned how to be from the customer PREVENTION department. She was rude and nasty. Keep it up and this Pizza Hut won't be around much longer either.
They were rude, ignorant, extremely self-entitled, Carol was name on my order. food was rubbery, no sauce when I asked for extra. lady if you are unhappy with your job, go find a new one. Treat humans with respect. I'm a nurse, imagine if I treated you as a patient as rude as you acted to customers.
There is actually no way shape or form that this Pizza Hut has gotten a 4.4 star review that is a complete lie I asked for my pizza well done I actually wrote please please make this well done it's inedible and raw so are the breadsticks don't order from here I hate lazy employees
We recently ate at Pizza hut on arsenal street in Watertown newyork. It was the worst pizza I've ever had! Absolutely no flavor! The thin crust was so hard we hardly could eat it! The lemonade was like sugar water. The waitress was very abrupt! Asked if we were sure we wanted the bread sticks with pizza?? She also asked if we wanted boxes before we were even done eating! Obviously we will not return to this location again. VERY DISAPPOOINTED😡
The store staff, as well as the manger and primarily the assistant manager Junior, did an outstanding job taking our large order and accommodating our request to pick up 12 pizzas on Wednesday May 28th at 10:30am instead of 11:00am even though they don't open until 11. They went above and beyond for us! They were friendly, courteous, accommodating, and helpful every step of the way. They messed up my order, and I had to call 6 times before they picked up, every other time the call was declined. Upon answering, the female manager, no idea what her name is, already had a horrid attitude, and was sighing from the get go before I could even start speaking. Once I told her that I was missing a topping, she immediately knew what it was without me needing to elaborate, meaning she intentionally sent it out incorrect, and started arguing against any sort of compensation, before I had even asked for compensation... read more
Trey is amazing! The level of care that he exhibited while delivering our meal tonight was admirable and he was very kind! He even thanked us for the tip even though he deserved it!
We ordered 1 Large Pizza with Ham, Roasted Peppers and Mushrooms. The pizza barely had any toppings we paid extra for. We wanted to buy the Cinnabon Mini rolls but they were out (on a Saturday afternoon) so we bought the chocolate chip cookie instead. It was just okay. Not the best we've tasted. We paid $33.68 for a meal that fell short for the price we paid. We won't order food there again. Not worth it.
They suck !!!!! Tables were dirty….had to wait 15 minutes before any service. Go to Dominos instead !!!!
