I ordered a chicken quesadilla and a couple of tacos and waited for half an hour. After 30 minutes, the cashier informed me that someone must have mistakenly taken my order. When I asked for clarification, he pointed a pen in my face and began addressing me disrespectfully, without any apology for the inconvenience. He even continued to use inappropriate language toward a customer, despite the error being his own. Disgusting place 🤮

I had a disappointing experience at Pizza Hut Express. The pizza was okay, but the customer service was extremely rude. It's a shame because good service can make all the difference.
Got charged for something I didn't even order, costing me 2$ extra on a normal cheese pizza. If you're the kind of person who's quiet and patient apparently they'll just ignore you and then steal your money after giving you a dirty look. If that was the manager, shame on her, I have worked fast food and when customers don't harass me, I'm usually not going to be a jerk.
