I ordered on line at 1020am for the pizza to be delivered at noon. I ordered directly from pizza hut app. Then I was told by Dave the store rep that they use door dash in the day. Then Dave tells me he's going to call door dash and cancel my order, then he hangs us. I explained how is it fair if I asked for my pizza to be delivered at noon and it was made around 11am but to receive it by 1220pm. We ordered a thin crust pizza and they brought it uncooked. After complaining they offered to replace it, we waited for almost 25 mins and the pizza never came . After i told that i m leaving , they did not even offer to refund my money. So i wasted almost an hour and 20$ for nothing. Never going back there
Located in a Target. Nothing special. They always have pizzas ready though
