Waited 40 min past my projected ready time the last 2 times I've been here. This time, I got my order right after they told another customer that they ran out of stuffed crust, and she had been waiting 30min past her projected time. I feel bad for the front staff who have to deal with angry customers for what I assume is the kitchen staff's incompetence.
Ordered a pizza at 5:23 during a basketball game. Thought it would take awhile because of the game. Called 10 times, was “transferred to the store” 4 different times, hung up on 3 times, only to be told that the store is closed and I would have to contact the store to get a refund for my food that I never got. Terrible store to order from.
