Clean place and friendly staff. Ray made my day and the quality of food was some of the best!
Ordered a pizza for delivery and this is the pie they thought was acceptable to deliver.... subpar to say the least. Totally unacceptable. Paid for a full pizza but was only delivered half of one.....
There’s a really young girl that works there. Tell her if she’s going to show the customer the pizza to make sure everything is ok, she can’t do it with one customer and not the next one because that second customer is going to feel neglected. It’s a situation of she showed her but she didn’t show me and that’s not good for business.
Ordered after promo email, app froze twice but showed order for a free pizza and a 2nd pizza. No one at store knew anything about my order, no way to check etc. App is froze. Won't waste time ordering and attempting pick up again. Free pizza but horrible customer service.
The GM Shannon Watkins, is very helpful He need a raise. All the staff is very caring and helpful. If they make a mistake they are willing to go out there way to make it up to you. BEST PIZZA HUT IN JACKSONVILLE THEY ARE VERY CARING, SUPPORTIVE, THEY NEED TO BE RECOGNIZED AND THEY NEED BONUSES!!!!!!!
