The service is terrible, I placed an order for delivery, the waiting time is too long and the food is not what I ordered, I called to ask for a refund and I had to fight so that in the end they simply cut off my call.Â
Every time I show up to the pizza counter, I see pizza and a bunch of prepped pasta dishes in the back, but no one to take my order. I’m always tempted to reach around and serve myself pizza. Why not just make it self checkout if no one is going to be staffed to work the register? Or put a service bell to ring for help?Â
