It's located in Target...understaffed...never open. Hours on Google are not correct...call Target in advance to verify. Drove 15 minutes to get here...Google hours said it was open, but they closed at 2pm.

They’re never open at the same time. Currently it’s 11:35 and they are still not open. A couple of weeks ago they were. The unreliability is Extremely frustrating.
