I placed an order and they delivered the wrong order. We tried calling the store and we kept getting forwarded to a help line to place an order. When I explained I got the wrong order he sent me back to the store and I was being sent back and forth for over 15 min. Very frustrating. Trying to reach someone at the store just to get the food I actually ordered and paid for. I don't eat what they delivered. Very annoying. Very disappointed . I did place a order , the customer service was very rude, terrible and also I gave her my cell phone number , she did not call my cell. She did call my home number instead, the delivery went back with my food and when I called back they said that they called me many times. My food was cold already
We ordered 2 pizzas. The receipt was correct but both pizzas were wrong. Called the store the put us on hold and never picked up again. I think you should give us a refund or replace our order. Please respond!
I placed an order yesterday to be delivered today. However, when I called the store the manager cussed me out, yelled at me, told me I gave them the wrong number, and told me he'd never deliver to me again. Then he hung up on me. I have never been so insulted in my life. When I checked my phone, they didn't call but left a direct voicemail saying that half of the total needed to be paid in cash - which was odd because the full amount came off of my card. I will never order from this pizza hut again.
