Very disappointing and frustrating experience. I walked into this Pizza Hut outlet intending to place an order, but the staff refused to take it, saying they needed to “clear existing orders first.” When I asked how long I needed to wait, I was first told about an hour. When I asked again for confirmation, they said they were not sure at all.
