We ordered from Pizza Hut online delivery, when order arrived, so many order didn’t receive. No receipt to call back branch as well! Ordered 10 items only come 2. What the heck. This is not first time, whenever I go to order they refuse to take order. Given excuses need to wait 1.5hrs so they indirect want you to drop the idea to order and even you say ok you can wait they will give excuses manager busy don't know how to key in order. Many times happen same excuses if pizza Hut Bukit mertajam refusing to take order from walk in customer then don't bother open one.
