I had a great experience at this Pizza Hut. Kassi was kind enough to suggest adding Cinnabon mini rolls to the order for dessert and they were the perfect compliment to our awesome pizza. Thank you for the great food and service!
My food order was completely fine. What I am concerned about is the woman working behind the counter. She should not be working in customer service, much less have any authority over anyone if she does. I wish I could remember her name, but I wasn’t able to catch it cause I was too busy listening to her scream at Kevin, another employee. I've been ordering here for years. There always seems to be a problem with something at the store. Tonight it's they cannot do carryout orders so I can either order more food so they can deliver or cancel my order. The last time they didnt have my ticket so they never delivered but took the payment for the order. Took 3 days to get the money back. Its things like this that have been happening for years. If there was another cheap pizza place I'd go there
