When we want pizza, it has to be Pizza Hut! Pizza Hut in Elizabethtown, NC! Today, September 9, 2026, I ordered from the “deals,” online and picked up at the window! A sweet and kind young lady, Erena (forgive me if I spelled her name wrong), served me! She is the perfect lady for the window! Very polite! Pizza was delicious, as always! I don’t understand the low rating! I’ve never had an issue! Thanks, guys! We appreciate you!!
It gets hectic because they are busy Staff is friendly and accommodating
Found a piece of hair in my pizza and the manager looked at it for 1 second and said thats not their hair. How did the hair get baked into the pizza then? And its not a problem just remake 1 pizza i had ordered 5 and only bought one back. Terrible attitude about a simple mistake.
