I ordered online on the app and I ended up having to call and I was on hold over 10 minutes and then they hung up. I called back and they laid the phone down and you could hear them saying oh my God and complaining about the customers being there and calling in.

Haven’t had a decent experience here in a long time. The last time I came, I was told my order would be ready at a certain time. I showed up exactly then and was told they were “pulling it out of the oven” and to pull around. It ended up taking an entire hour, and I finally had to go inside to get it myself. Today wasn’t any better. The app said my order would be ready at 7:00. I arrived at 7:05 and didn’t receive my pizza until 7:30—almost an hour after placing the order. I frequent this Iocation because it's about the only game in town. But I need to find a new place. The pizza is never ready when they say its ready, its slopped together. The last time I opened the box and it looked like a sloppy taco! Under cooked and had to wait for that??? What ever happened to good pizza??
