Who ever heard of a chicken ceser salad only consisting of some ( very little) iceberg lettuce with a piece of chicken on it. Nothing else. I'll never go there again. Worse salad I've ever had.
Person on the phone was extremely rude and hung up on us while trying to pay over the phone. Our pizza arrived and was smashed. Don't usually leave bad reviews but felt that this was needed.
manager was very rude and unprofessional when I called to ask about delivery. then proceeded to hang up on me and not take my order for carryout that I wanted to place
RecommendedI order from here several times a year and have always had good experiences with takeout and delivery orders (except one delivery issue that they fixed and even gave me more out of as an apology). Manager Mike always has my order ready to go when I walk in the door and although short and to the point, has always been friendly and easy to deal with. Coloma Pizza Hut has been one of my go-to’s for several years now and will continue to be.
i just got raw chicken from them and my cheesesticks wasn't right
Manager Mike was very rude when I called to complain about my delivery order that had vegetables on it that I do not like. This is not the first time I’ve had a issue with this specific Pizza Hut a couple months ago there was a bug in my salad I also had delivered first the driver forgot it at the store and had to go get it and bring it back. I will not be ordering from this Pizza Hut ever again.
After years and years of ordering pizza for delivery, suddenly I'm not a priority to pizza hut in Coloma Mi. It sounds to me like customers are not important to pizza hut. So our business will go elsewhere, and if friends and family want to meet there as in the past. I'll tell them I'm not welcome as a customer there anymore.
Was in on 6-18-18 just want to give a shout out to our waitress who quickly tried to help please my super picky little grand daughter when she freaked out over her spaghetti having sauce on it. I had no idea how she ate her spaghetti and now i do......thank you so very much for being so understanding and helpful. You never stopped smiling and i think we all got a little laugh. When you asked me if i needed a box for my leftover pizza, i actually could have used a box of wine at that point. Again, Thank you so very much
