Such a poor service.All the staff are in thr kitchen only.No one handling the customers.In the counter alots person queueing up,no one handling the customer well.Just a poor service

Very late delivery as you can see from the screenshot time 1:56pm while they said the delivery should be done at 12:51pm. I had placed an order at 12:21pm. I had to call the main customer service to track down my order. The excuse was system down. This was not my first encounter of late delivery with this premise.
