I order to take away, Waiting almost 20mins and 1 lady staff just placed it 1 packing my others side table and walk away, and just waited for another 10mins and ask a male staff its this my food? And he check and said yes its yours after verify my order no, And I just tell the boy the food already its ready and your can tell right this is yours? To management Why your staff not friendly and like no mood to work?
So apparently operating hours say they open till 11pm which is a blatant lie? Came for dinner at 8.30+ and they said it’s closed and take away is the only option at the time? Ridiculous as to why there’s no dine in after 8pm? Understaffed? Lazy to clean up and want to go home earlier? And it’s definitely not the first time as a family member from JB also shared a similar experience of not being able to dine in. Kalau dah malas nak buka kedai why not just tutup for good? Bazir space for nothing.
