Saya datang Pizza ni 7 June 2026, 5:40 PM nak makan tapi staff cakap pizza yang available adalah personal pizza sahaja which is yang small, tp bila buka grab available je pizza yang saiz besar. Bila saya panggil staff tu suruh explain, staff sambil muka tersengeh2 cakap yg dia tak tahu. PEMALAS! Cakap jela PEMALAS! Dasar
Dunno if this is standard ordering system for all PH branches but I came in, saw the big words "Pesan di sini" and "Order di sini" on the computer, so I made my order which did not say it was for takeaway only. Then after done making payment, I asked for dine in but the staff said if I order with the kiosk it's for takeaway only. Maybe have the kiosk says that it's for TAKEAWAY ONLY before we start ordering only, or train your staff to ASK customers first if they want to dine in or takeaway before letting them finish orderin... read more
ordered in store for take away but very slow service when not many customers. ordered at 11:58am and saw my order waiting to be packed for a long time. got my order and paid at 1pm. no apologies from any of the staff
Servis perlu dipertingkatkan lagi sekiranya ingin pelanggan tidak lari. Jangan bagi pelanggan yg dine in makan piza yg sejuk.
