我order了我的订单后，工作人员打电话过来询问，我说我要cancel所有订单，但我却没有收到退款也没有收到食物，之后打电话询问，工作人员说可以来到店里面兑换食物，但是我来到店里后我的订单处理速度很慢将近一个小时，之后订单还少一样没有上到，说是食物上完了，我觉得这很浪费我的时间跟金钱，我从很远的地方来到这里订单还不完整，处理速度还很慢，服务态度还不好，我非常不满意
