Very good customer service by Staff member at emerald Hills shopping centre
Ordered pizza tonight at 6.15pm. Arrived at 7.40pm. After numerous calls for an update we kept getting put through to an overseas call centre and being told the same thing, that they couldn’t get through to the store. We got the store phone number and had to call many times to actually get through. The staff member offered us a free drink, lo and behold our order arrived with no free drink. The pizza was not nice at all, barely any toppings and not that hot. This store used to be great. Wont be bothering again.
