I had a fantastic experience ordering from Pizza Hut! The food arrived little late but hot, fresh, and exactly how I ordered it—the crust was perfectly golden and the toppings were incredibly generous.
If I could give less than 1 star I would. Orderd pizza from Wagga Wagga pizza hut to be delivered, waited an 1.5 hours only to check that it was delivered but not to us. Tried ringing only to get a third party person who said they would request a refund. Finallly got the store number only to get a manager who wasn't there at the store and could not explain what went wrong except the driver delivered to the wrong house WT.... With google maps how can you get it so wrong!!!! and they can't process my refund till tomorrow when ... read more
We are regular customers but not keen to come back after this week's order. Turned up at home and its been dropped. Not much toppings left and the pizza was all over the place. Can't even get onto them via the phone. They dont answer and they dont answer voicemail.
