I placed an order for boneless chicken at around 8:40 pm on 16 June. Shortly after placing the order, the store called to say the item was out of stock, so the order was cancelled. I was promised a full refund. It has now been nearly a month, and I still have not received my money. I contacted Pizza Hut customer service weeks ago and was transferred to the store.
