Been a while since I last had Pizza Hut, long enough to forget why I went off them to begin with. Made a delivery order this evening, said it would arrive at 8:03pm which was already a long time off considering the time I made the order. It’s a no show, call up the store, they don’t answer. As other reviews have said, if I could give this a 0 I would. I got a deal from the Spin and Win promotion that said ‘free large pizza’, with no asteriskes, so I come all the way out for them to tell me ‘there’s no such thing as free, you have to spend $3’. I stand there uncertainly and the employee says to me ‘what did you want?’. I replied ‘a cheese pizza’, and the employee in response says ‘that’s $11.45 thanks’. I will not be coming back here after the misleading and false advertising and the rudeness of the staff.

If I could give 0 stars I would, this was an absolute disgrace. The careless delivery person dropped my food on the floor, and when I got inside my home and opened my pizza it was raw! The toppings were falling off and it wasn’t cut properly. It tasted fowl. I literally had to put it back inside my own oven to cook it some more! And one of the sides I ordered wasn’t what I ordered.
