I walked in to buy a bottle of water yesterday at Pizza Hut Mt Druitt ( near TK Maxx) and was informed it would cost $3.95 plus a surcharge???? Surcharge on an expensive bottle of water is absurd and when I questioned her - the response was I don’t make the rules! Very disappointed and disrespectful!!!!
I picked 3/3 deal, my pizzas were undercooked. Even garlic bread was giving more taste then pizza. Unhappy
Rubbish pizza hut. The worst in the country. Always horrible quality standard on their pizzas. The worst part about this pizza hut is the Community Manager, Carley. She doesnt give a damn and should be sacked.
I usually order from here, last night I ubered a nutella pie, where is the nutella💔💔I’m sure just a little late night mix up, I love this pizza hut, but the nutella sauce💔💔💔
Absolute joke ordering tonight! Ordered over the phone to a lady that took my order at 5:40 to only have to call back regarding my delivery after waiting 2hrs to only be told I’ll receive my order within half an hour! Just received my $100 order of only 3 pizzas + 3 sides at 8:30! What an absolute joke!!! & NO COMPENSATION whatsoever Go elsewhere & support another company with higher standards
