Absolutely pathetic customer service. I asked for a “Ham Lovers Large” and got a “BBQ Beef Large” THE INDIAN WORKER - Had the audacity to correct me and tell me what I said. I know what I said, you embarrassed me in front of other customers. Spotted workers sitting down and not working. Dirty kitchen, old food on the floor, walls, benches, everywhere!! Dust inside the building. Do Better Management.
Today we ordered 2 pizzas and 2 Mac and cheese, they charged us and gave us only 1 pizza and 2 Mac and cheeses. Then when we told the worker he started yelling at us and didn’t even apologise. Bad service. And they didn’t give us a refund they made us pay again for the missing pizza.
You gave me the wrong pizza, I picked my order not to long ago but i cant get through to your store, My child only eats thin and crispy, I should have check both pizza were correct, Not just on top, Since your unreachable even ehen it goes through can you call me. I dont want this pizza
