I had a really disappointing experience at this Pizza Hut location. I was picking up an Uber Eats order when one of the staff members started yelling and being very rude. I almost said something, but there were customers present, and I didn’t want to cause a scene. There’s no excuse for speaking to anyone that way without reason. I’m really disappointed with the downward slide in consistency and quality of this place. It’s been a good run up until yesterday 13/10. Previously, the quality and freshness was probably the best pizza hut that I know of. I ordered 2 pizzas, one was the usual hot freshly cooked but the other was a cold and stale supposedly Hawaiian but unrecognisable to what it is (i picked up so cant blame delivery services) I was even there early. I ordered paneer pizza . I strictly ask them not to put the onion and garlic.I picked up them at 8pm . When I bring them home I found the Pizza was full on onion. I called them first time put me on hold for 13 minutes and then hanged up . I called them second time they picked up after 15 minutes . I explained the manager the issue with pizza . Very disappointed with my order. I specifically ordered a pizza with meat, but it arrived with none at all. To make things worse, the whole pizza was overcooked — the crust was rock hard and the cheese was burnt. It was honestly difficult to eat. For the price I paid, I expected something much better. Won’t be ordering from here again.
