not bad at all pretty fast too
My husband ordered our meal through the pizza hut app at 8pm and charged us without providing a confirmation email etc. but, they decided to take our money first! At 9pm, we called and the guy that answered the phone made it sound like it's just a internet problem they have?! Seriously for a popular franchise like pizzahut, at least have the courtesy to apologise or provide a better service?! we didn't get our food close to 9:30pm. Great experience at Pizza Hut willoughby! The pizza was hot, fresh, and full of flavour. Friendly staff and quick service made it even better. Definitely coming back! Special mention to the person who is working at the back (one man army)..
Pizza better then expected from pizza hut. But the service was sickening. They wanted to do a holiday surcharge on the 29, I asked them which holiday it was, they couldn't tell me, showed them on Google there wasn't any holiday that they, they just told me to order online, so I did, and it was cheaper then the price they had in store. Really horrible service
