I’ve literally been standing at the counter for over 5 minutes and not even greeted. A customer walked in behind me and was greeted and served while I stand and write this.
This review is based on 3 experiences here. This Pizza Hut is so backed up EVERY SINGLE TIME. I’ve waiting 25 minutes, 40 minutes, and 65 minutes after the promise time.This isn’t a review of the staff, they are hard working. But management needs to set them up for success.
Fresh out the oven. Plenty of toppings and cheese.
