The manager is not well equipped to deal with difficult situations. I called because my pizza was to be delivered to my hotel in sevierville,and asked the status because it was over an hour. The original lady just assumed that I was staying at "named hotel" in Kodak, when I was actually in Sevierville. Unfortunately, Google wasn't smart enough to tell me I was calling the wrong pizza hut, so I relied on a human being to let me know. I'm so glad there's pizza hut in Kodak now.the food is great ,and the service is even better ...I love the cashier girl.I think her name is Brittany,but all the staff are great.all in all I love the new pizza hut.
If you want the real thing this is the place to go.They use nothing but real ingredients. I have not gotten anything that I ordered that was not good . Joe and Jody are top notch and very much want you to be happy when you leave . You do not know what is it is until you ate at devils .
By far, the best pizza I have ever had! The best of everything goes into this pie including love. My husband and I went last night for their Sicilian Pizza and talked w/the owners Joe and his lovely wife. When he talks about his pizza you can see he loves what he is doing. The price is more than fair considering the quality. This is no chain pizza shop! If you want a nasty frozen five dollar pizza don't bother coming here. Great Pizza. Highly recommended. A little high in price, but worth it. If you can eat at the resturant, it is a wonderful family atmosphere. Be careful if you play the owner's son in checkers. He may beat you. He's great. (7yr. old)
