I usually don’t leave reviews, but I felt the need to speak up after seeing some of the negativity. I’ve been to this Pizza Hut multiple times and have always had a good experience. Sometimes there might be a wait, but honestly, I’d rather wait a few extra minutes for my order to be done right than get something rushed and sloppy. Mistakes can happen anywhere, but I’ve seen them step in and fix things quickly and professionally. You can tell they’re working hard. Keep up the good work!
Our food was horrible. Our melts and wings were burnt. We did not receive any of the dips we ordered. Won't be ordering again. The bread sticks had huge chunks of raw garlic on them. Horrible.
Doordash and Grubhub orders are usually ready when I arrive to pick up and deliver.
We order PH quite a bit and it's always been good, but tonight it was near inedible. Both pizzas were overdone, with little to no toppings, sauce or cheese and almost impossible to even chew. The stuffed crust tasted stale and our Pan style was missing half the toppings we ordered. I hope this was just an off night, but we might just stay away for a bit after this.
