We ordered a pizza. After two hours called to see what was going on. They told us the order was picked up and should be delivered. After another 30 minutes I called back and they told us that door dash would not pick up our order so they cancelled it. No communication, no refund, nothing. We are done ordering from Pizza Hut anymore. They mess up or don’t provide the order every time.
Everyone was so nice, their very attentive even just for me picking up food
Frozen pizza would have been better
