Bad service place close at 10 place my order 8:57 pm on the app said the order will be ready at 9:12 pm pick up get there at 9:12 pm 9:30 pm still not ready they have not even start making it talk a lot of shit why waste your time going there they mad about doing their jobs close at 9 not ten
There is NO dine-in. Seems to have a lot of turnover, frequently understaffed, but reasonably good about keeping the quality consistent. We take out from here often. It's Pizza Hut. No surprises unless you expected to sit down and eat.
This location has the rudest employees ever! Tried to place an order online and the order could not be placed as it kept stating the location was closed. Went to store and explained and showed where online ordering stated order cant be placed due to location being closed. The supposed manager refused to honor what was advertised. Placed the order online to the Loughborough location and amazingly the order went right through and the employees there were extremely friendly
I order on the app maybe once a month, and every time it is easy and quick. My food is always hot and correct. Every member of the staff I interact with is very friendly!
