Placed a mobile order and they waited until I GOT TO THE STORE to make it. This is ridiculous, I placed a mobile order so I could get it and leave. Terrible way to run your mobile ordering system.
STORE IS CLOSED?!? AT 5 O'CLOCK ON A SUNDAY?
Placed an order through the app. Part of my order wasn't delivered. I asked the driver where it was. He said "Yes" and walked off. Could not contact the store since they outsource their calls. App wouldn't connect to anyone to get resolution.
This was the worst experience by far I have had with the location on towne lake. I miss Vicky when she was there that store was taken care of..my pizzas were doughy and the breadsticks were almost like they had been reheated. I tried 3 times to call the store and got the customer service line all 3 times and they were not helpful.
