This was the worst experience by far I have had with the location on towne lake. I miss Vicky when she was there that store was taken care of..my pizzas were doughy and the breadsticks were almost like they had been reheated. I tried 3 times to call the store and got the customer service line all 3 times and they were not helpful.
I had a delivery driver who was disrespectful, rude, and threatened my life due to me telling him to take back the order that he left at my front door. I had to file a police report and talk to upper management regarding the incident.
In order to choose 5 topping for $12, one must order from the app to choose from reduced toppings menu.
We tried ordering the big New Yorker and we were told that we needed to spend more money for a delivery and just absolutely rude about everything.
