Even though things got messed up. I appreciate the manager and service I received. So I tried ordering 2 items through the app at around 12 pm to pick up at 4:30pm after work. Got the emailed confirmation of the correct time and everything. I'm guessing the manager called me at 3pm saying your order was ready at 12 pm but you haven't picked it up yet, so we're canceling the order and refunding the money. I got some wings and pasta last night. Both were fire! Service was fast, food was good. Think I'm going to make this a regular stop.
If I can give this location 0 stars I would. The manager is incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful. They never gave me my wings I ordered because they “Ran out of wings for the night”. So they gave me a credit. I just called to order under the credit I was given, and the manager said there is no credit, argued with me and hung up the phone.
