Completely blown away that Pizza Hut has decided to do away with the original pan pizza crust everyone has grown to love. Ordered a personal pan pizza today and was met with a dry terrible crust nothing like the original. My last visit to Pizza Hut sadly, customer since 1979
Online ordering is a complete wreck. Get it together
I am a delivery driver. I went to pick up an order. When I came I in I was waiting and no response. I saw someone cutting a pizza and asked how much longer the order was going to be. She snapped at me and said I’m cutting it now you need to wait. I did not deserve to be yelled at for simply asking a question. I went outside and came back in.
