This is the 2nd time I ordered over the phone only to get there and the store didn't have my order. The 1st time the server was very helpful and rushed my order through. Today was much worse. I ordered over the phone once I got there to pick up the guy said order wasn't ready. I asked specifically do you have my order? He said yes while pointing at the screen.
