I guess they may have been busy but only 3 people working. Had to wait for my food that said ready
We ordered pizza a few weeks ago and when we opened the icing packet for our cinnamon breadsticks there were ants inside the sealed packet. After we ate the pizza, I end up vomiting. Assuming it was food poising! Disappointed because we love Pizza Hut!
We've ordered delivery before no problem. This time it was a big problem. We didn't get part of our order. Tried calling and got a call center, who then sent me to the location we ordered from and was on hold for almost 5 minutes. When I told them what happened, they said that the delivery person forgot to grab it, and they wanted to issue a credit. (The delivery person said that they didn't hand it to her. ) We wanted the pizza and told them so. Not fair for one person to not get their meal while everyone else did. Honestly... read more
