First when I called to put in an order , I got hit with attitude while I was taking the order by a lady. After I ordered I went in after the 10 mins they told me to get my food and I paid wayyy too much for my 3 topping pizza after I asked for the 12.99 large 3 topping deal they had going on she refused and when I got home to eat my food it tasted terrible crust was burnt and looked like it had been sitting there for way too long. I love the fact that the ladies that answer the phone are always kind yet in a hurry . They wanna take care of your order and get to making it . However I don't like the fact the price of the meal I always order went up . It made me kinda of upset however prices change. Regardless I like the customer service. Plus the drivers are always on time and they are always kind .
Pizza delivery was TWO hours late. I tried contacting Customer Service, twice, and they never got back with me. Very unprofessional.
Brandy is loud, obnoxious, and rude. Unsanitary to chew gum.
