Beware! If your local to the Island there are much better places for pizza. I have had 2 horrible experiences with them. A couple weeks ago the pizza was horrible, not up to Pizza Hut standards. The next, I ordered wings last night directly through Pizza Hut. I believe in shopping locally. My call went through the Pizza Hut call center which is normal at times. Staff was great
They dont tell you that doordash is bringing your food. The guy never knocked on the door, he left the food outside on the table. He stated the instructions told him so when that wasn't even an option.
On March 7th they messed up my pizza. Instead of remaking it, they offered me a $15 credit for the next trip. I called back to use the credit and was told they had new management and refused to honor it.
I have ordered from here like 3 times since moving to Wilmington Island, and every single time there are issues. This last time was the worst as my food was not cooked and was inedible. This store never fixes their mistakes, either. I have tried to no avail. I have only ever ordered from here when sick and unable to cook for myself, so having issues is a big deal. Do not order from here.
