I ordered on the app and paid in the app. Upon arriving to pick up my order I was told that the apps price and what I paid for is wrong and that I suddenly out of nowhere owe over $8. The lady was rude about it and wasn't understanding at all or cooperative. She would not hand me my food without me paying the surprise fee. It felt very scummy of them to want to charge extra upon pickup.
I have ordered from WHITEHOUSE, TX Pizza Hut since 2020 I have been impressed every single time! The wings are definitely worth it! Fantastic food every single time. Great job!
