Edwin was amazing, great personality and customer service. I will definitely be back. I recommend this location to everyone.
Placed an online order an hour and a half before closing, order was confirmed on app then never showed up, called the location 15 minutes after expected delivery time and they said “yeah it was cancelled don’t know why”. Really would have been nice to know so we didn’t wait that long and now all the other places are closed too.
I had an excellent experience. From the moment I walked in, the service stood out. Edwin, the manager, made sure everything ran smoothly and checked in with a genuine, welcoming attitude. You can tell he really cares about both the customers and the quality of the place. The food came out perfectly fresh, hot, and full of flavor. Shoutout to Edwin for representing with pride and professionalism definitely coming back.
This Pizza Hut has the best service I’ve encountered at a Pizza Hut. Shoutout to Edwin for making late night munchies a dream come true!
