I called in to order a pizza to go pick it up, and the agent I spoked to works in the call center, she asked me for the location I was going to pick up the pizza and I had to provide the address to her 6 times, she keep asking for my name and phone number and she was very rude unprofessional, out of nowhere she was laughing on the phone like if it was prank call or somebody hacking the Pizza Hut system picking up costumers calls. Cold pizza
My family arrived at 12am, and Mark, the manager, welcomed us with such kindness and hospitality. He even offered my little boy a bottle of water, which made us feel truly special. As visitors from Houston exploring Florida, we couldn’t have asked for a warmer welcome. We highly recommend this place to everyone—great service and even better people!
