Customer service is so bad. I stopped by at around 2:00 on 03/20/2025, but the white guy had a bad attitude when I showed the order on my phone. I have never come back this location. I think manager should train customer service skills for employees.
Ordered a Pepperoni Lovers Pizza, there were only three slices of pepperoni on each slice. That's not even a pepperoni pizza. The photo on their website shows a minimum six slices + of pepperoni per slice. I asked for spicy marinara sauce and couldn't even taste the sauce because there was so little on it. Beware of this chintzy location (Suwanee location on Lawrenceville Suwanee road) . Food doesn't look anything like it does on their website. Dry flavorless nearly toppingless nothing! The last two times I’ve ordered the guy answering the phone can’t give me any details on specials, and is super rude. Will not go to location ever again.
Placed an order over an hour and half ago that was never received. Tried to call prior to the actual closing time and someone extremely rude answered and said we are closed and hung up without asking why I was calling. Continued calling back and they kept hanging up. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Will be reporting this location.
