Careful when you are paying here. I was charged extra on my credit card statement from what I paid. Someone is adding extra tips even if it’s a small amount it’s unacceptable.
I placed an order online for pickup when I arrived no-one was working the counter. I stepped to the side where o could try to get someone’s attention (they looked me in my eyes and never acknowledged me) Needless to say no-one came from the back for a good 15 minutes, the worst part is none of them were wearing gloves while preparing pizzas 🤢🤮 I would NOT recommend ordering from here

The manager and assistant manager we're very friendly. They made sure my order was perfect before I received it. Great customer service!
Worst Pizza Hut in Houston. I’d rather chew on a leather boot than deal with the horrible employees that work here and the under or over cooked pizza they serve. We’ve tried multiple times and every single time they get something wrong. Just drive the extra ten minutes the the one down the street.
