Hi Houston, guess who's in town?! We ordered via Doordash and I’m giving this 4 stars because the pizza itself was excellent, exactly the quality I expect from Pizza Hut. However, I’m deducting a star because the delivery box arrived without a safety seal and was actually gapping open. While the food tasted great and looked untouched, the lack of a tamper evident sticker is a significant quality control issue for delivery orders. Food was great there was a wait but for a busy Sunday evening the workers were on their best making sure everyone was taken care of.
Placed my order online. Arrived at the store waited for 30-40 minutes before then telling me that they wouldn’t be able to complete my order and needed to get a refund. The amount of people were getting their pizzas cancelled or were wrong was more than pizza actually leaving out. I would never order from here again and will stick to Domino’s because they actually out Pizza, this Pizza Hut.
