If I could give zero stars I would. Placed an order for delivery at 2:27. 3:30 came, no pizza. 4:00 came, no pizza. I had to call and the store would not answer. Kept getting sent to customer service and they were no help. At one point, they said I should get it by 4:30. 4:30 came, still no pizza. Called customer service, they had me waiting and the store said they have no drivers. At what point was the store going to call ME and tell me that. On 08/20 I placed an order for delivery through the Pizza Hut website . I received a text message from door dash an hour later saying my pizza was on the way .I then receive a message from door dash that was an error and they were still at the store waiting on my order . I then call and ask the person who answers can you please cancel my order she proceeds to tell me the driver left 20 minutes ago so she cannot cancel . Roach baked into pizza dough. Complained no refund no follow up. Had to throw away $70 worth of food entire family grossed out.

Just picked up my Chicken pasta order and it was fresh and on time. I was greeted by the cashier/manager I believe he was very nice! The food was very fresh and yummy ! Thank you so much sir ! God bless you 🙏🏾
