It's hard to rate the food, atmosphere or service since I was unable to place my order. I tried to use the BOGO chicken wings promotion by placing my order online. After I placed it the screen went blank so I called. I received a corporate call center who confirmed my order didn't go through, so I talke to the local restaurant and was told he couldn't offer me the discount because it was done online and he had no clue to what offers are available. My wife and I were craving pizza yesterday, so we decided to order from Pizza Hut. The entire experience was excellent from start to finish. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and provided great customer service. What impressed us most was how quickly our order was prepared—it was ready for pickup in less than 15 minutes, which was a pleasant surprise.
