I ordered online with my son because he wanted to use his birthday money to get pizza. When it came, a grubhub driver dropped it off and mentioned they didnt give her the sodas or little desert that i ordered and said shed go back to pick it up. When she did come back she stated they yelled at her because of the sodas and desert and said they didnt have any more of that item and told her to use her own money to pay me back because i paid cash. she just asked if i could call and figure it out. Went to pick up on 7/29/2025 around 10pm. When I arrived home the pizza was not cut and was partially cooked, only enough to melt the cheese. The dough was still pliable and soft.
Avoid at all costs. Delivery order of pizza, wings and drinks. Drinks never made it. Luiz (Door Dash driver) states they didn't give drinks....even with a receipt showing drinks taped to the box. Other reviewers reference similiar issues. I made 3 attempts to call store - I know now why they don't put their number on the receipt. Finally get a person who says he remembers the order and says he handed the drinks to Door Dash. I ask for a refund for drinks and an updated receipt. "Sure". 24 hours later....Nada.
