Avoid at all costs. Delivery order of pizza, wings and drinks. Drinks never made it. Luiz (Door Dash driver) states they didn't give drinks....even with a receipt showing drinks taped to the box. Other reviewers reference similiar issues. I made 3 attempts to call store - I know now why they don't put their number on the receipt. Finally get a person who says he remembers the order and says he handed the drinks to Door Dash. I ask for a refund for drinks and an updated receipt. "Sure". 24 hours later....Nada. I just barely ordered at 10:36 am, ticket #0003. Thee worst pizzas ever! It tastes and looks like leftovers from 3 days ago. Whoever made these disgusting pizzas, please reevaluate your employment choice. You seem as miserable as the inedible food you made with what appears to be your eyes and brain closed.
So I made an order online and never got my order.. Called to tell them about it and never answered.. Called costumer service and told me they were gna have the manager called me back and they never did I called the store a week later and we're gna do a refund and never did.. I used my rewards and they told me they couldn't do nothing about that.. And almost a month later and never got my refund I love pizza hut but I'm never coming back to this store..
Crust was like cardboard and dry. Barely any cheese and there were huge bubbles on the pizza where there were no toppings. Little ceasers beats them in every category and costs half the price. How on earth did the f pizza hut up this bad?
